Hermetic Magic is the ultimate aspiration of any practitioner; to be able to affect the universe with will alone; no hand gestures; no words; no ceremonies. A hermetic sorcerer could flex his will and become anything - or make you anything. In these days it seems that such a person must surely be a creature of fantasy. It may just be, however, that such a being values privacy above all else, and think how easily they could enforce that: a little mind-magic and the most ostentatious spell-casting would pass unnoticed or be forgotten at a whim. It may be therefore that there are hermetic sorcerers living among us at this very moment - just next door - in contented secrecy.
